Symphony Show

“The Colorado Symphony Pops concert of the year came from Lannie Garrett.” —The Denver Post

Classy. Lannie’s sense of humor and connection to the audience are a given, but in a symphony setting, Lannie’s interpretive skills as a singer shine bright.

Singing the classics from Arlen to Mercer, the memorable from Tom Waits to The Beatles, Garrett’s symphony show is eclectic and entertaining, sophisticated and elegant. Impressed with her critically acclaimed sell-out show at Boettcher Hall, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra asked her to open a summer season of concerts at beautiful, prestigious, Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Her musical scores are beautifully written and arranged by “The Moody Blues” conductor/arranger Larry Baird. Lannie can also custom design a symphony show for you around a special theme or composer. Big Band, Beatles or Broadway.

“Your innate timing, warmth and magnetism added up to a great success in our concert presention with Bob Hope. Your arranger is a painstaking artist.” –Casper Events Center

“If I had the freedom to do any party, I’d rent Mile-High Stadium, invite 1000 friends and design a theme around the Denver Bronco Champions. Caviar, limos, black tie, the rock band Big Head Todd and Lannie Garrett backed by the Colorado Symphony Orchestra.” –RM-News Article
